Programme Executive Summary (Scope):

To render emergency medical services atlocal mines to generate income for the RBN. This will be done by dispatching medical staff and vehicles to the mine round the clock daily. 

In scope:

  • Provide 24hr medical coverage at the mine;
  • Respond to medical emergencies on the mine surface and underground;
  • Provide mine rescue and fire services; 
  • Transportation of patients to medical facilities;
  • Rescue analysis; and 
  • medical and fire simulations.
