To monitor the construction of high-mast lighting in Royal Bafokeng Nation (RBN), done by Rustenburg Local Municipality (RLM) to ensure that it is of good standard and the positioning is aligned with the RBN cadastral maps. Monitoring will be done by means of reviewing and analysing progress reports and attending site meetings throughout the duration of the project that will come to conclusion on 21 July 2016.  

In scope:

• Identification of the positioning of lights;
• Approval of design plans;
• Approval of time frame;
• Monitoring construction ( Attending site meetings and conducting random inspections); and 
• Project handover.
