Project Scope:	To backup important data on Executives, Executives PA’s, Managers, Manager’s PA’s, Finance, Procurement, Legal, HR and Treasury desktops and laptops.Consultations will be done with individual to understand their filing structure which will guide IT on what to back up on their machines. An agent will be installed on the Personal Computers (PCs) to assist with backing up information on a daily and weekly to an off-site storage in case of disaster. The project will run from January 2017 to October 2017. In scope: Consultations with staff; Install back up software on PCs; Testing; and Go live.
