The programme is an initiative between the Royal Bafokeng Institute, the Royal Bafokeng Platinum mine and Royal Bafokeng Holdings to improve the quality of Mathematics and Physical Science offering in the Northern Region Community Schools. This will be executed through the provision of supplementary educators and by providing developmental support in school governance and management. 

In Scope:

• Continuous teacher development.
• Continuous learner development.
• Provision of teaching and learning aides.
• Monitor learner performance.
• Expand into RBN Community Schools.
• Establish RBN Community School cluster.

Out of Scope:

• Alternative subjects besides Maths and Physical Science.
• Regions beyond the Northern Region.
