To coordinate talent identification project in RBN. The objectives of the project are to ensure assessment of individuals’ potential and competencies, appointment of the right people to achieve our vision and mission, retain the right people in the organisation, and identify high potential individuals with a focus of developing them into future leaders. The assessment will be done thorough an online platform called HFMtalentindex. The benefits of the project is to understand the makeup of RBN employees, potential RBI student loan applicants and RBED SMMEs and the development of strategies to build overall performance and retention of best talent in the organisation. RBA Shared services and Office of the group COO will be utilised as the pilot of the project. The pilot project is planned to complete in 2018.
