Project Scope:	To establish of a support group for parents with deaf children in the RBN. The aim of the support group is to give parents communication skills (basic sign language) that will enable them to improve communication with their children and engage more with them. Parents will be identified through Kutlwanong School for the deaf and meetings will be held regularly to establish a framework for the programme and guide them in forming their own support groups. In scope: Identifying parents; Teaching parents basic communication skills; and Guiding parents to form support groups.
