To ensure that the Organisational & Project Management Office (OPMO) executes its functional objectives in line with the allocated budget, human resource practices, and procurement procedures of the RBN and that the OPMO is strategically aligned with the RBN Vision and Mission.

In Scope:

• Perform a Strategic Review of the OPMO;
• Ensure the development of a correct and approved OPMO budget is available for the following year;
• Track, report and monitor expenditure against allocated budget;
• Monitor adherence to procurement procedures;
• Monitor adherence to human resource policies;
• Facilitate Performance Appraisals with each OPMO employee; and
• Monitor OPMO progress against operational plan targets.
