To introduce and amend an existing policy document for Bafokeng Youth which will serve as a guiding tool in establishing Youth structures that are recognised by their Makgotla, and registered as an NPO with National DoSD(Department of Social Development). The policy serves to outline terms and reference of structures i.e. terms of office bearers.
In Scope:
Book a venue that can accommodate 165 delegates for 2 nights and host the conference..
Approved services provide to cater for delegates from Youth Structures and guests.
Inform all youth and Youth Clubs about the conference
Identify and invite delegates
Organize transport for delegates
Identify the facilitator
Invite guests
Design the program
Identify, design, procure and print complementary gifts.
Disseminate information about the Youth Conference to all Makgotla.
