Health Education for the Royal Bafokeng emphasises nutritional education and basic health to learners at high, middle and primary schools and the Royal Bafokeng community. The main aim is to encourage people to use available resources to the maximum so as to prevent illness and promote health.
In scope:
- Assessment of the school environment by students to detect needs;
- Conducting health education to learners at school based on identified environmental needs;
- Ensure availability of basic hygiene facilities at schools; and
- Planting of herbs, fruit trees and vegetables at schools
