To develop a questionnaire by sourcing through the old Population on Use Land Audit (PULA) questionnaire and conducting research. This is the second phase of the PULA 2016 project. It runs concurrently with the tender process. The project will start on the 1st of March to be concluded end of September 2016.
Topics to be covered in questionnaire:
Demographics;
Total population;
Citizenship – total number of Bafokeng and non-Bafokeng including international immigrants;
Total number of stands (available, developed, undeveloped);
Total dwellings by type;
Ownership of dwellings (own or rented);
Total households with access to basic services (g water, sanitation, electricity, waste/refuse removal); and
Total households with access to Information Communication Technologies/ICTs (eg landline, cellphone, internet, computers).

Draft Instrument proposed;
Instrument Approved;
Questionnaire captured in the electronic format; and
Questionnaire Developed.
