To ensure that all academic Lebone staff have a common understanding of teaching and learning based on best practices of the 21st Century. Currently there are teachers at different stages and educational qualifications on the staff. This will be done through bi-weekly meetings at the school and personal studies, classroom observations and external inputs as well as a strong focus on Action Research (AR) as a teacher development strategy. e.g. teacher workshops, information sessions, presentation to peers and reflective writing.
