To monitor the construction of the electrification infrastructure project at Tsitsing Village with the aim of connecting about 42 houses. The project is conducted by Eskom in line with Rustenburg Local Municipality’s IDP and Department of Energy's funds. 

Monitoring will be conducted by means of the following:

1. Ensuring alignment to the Royal Bafokeng Nation Master Plan and or approved cadastres. 
2. Reviewing and analysing progress reports and attending site meetings throughout the duration of the project.

The project is anticipated to be concluded by 6 January 2017.

In scope:

• Consideration of way-eaves;
• Introducing the project and contractor to the community leaders;
• Monitoring construction (Attending site meetings and conducting random inspections); and 
• Project handover.
