To develop a Monitoring and Evaluation guideline that will assist in measuring the impact of youth in school program implemented in RBN schools. This guideline will be used by the programme implementers in selected RBN schools to administer and train them on how to implement the youth programme. A service provider will be appointed to develop the Monitoring and Evaluation guideline. The final monitoring and evaluation tool is expected to be finalised and approved by December 2017.
