To facilitate the process of ensuring that all Kgothakgothe questions, comments and issues are dealt with accordingly. The process includes gathering all the form filled in by community members and distributing them to the appropriate entities to be attended to. All the people who filled in the forms will be contacted regarding the issues they raised at the previous Kgotha Kgothe (10 June 2017). The project will be completed in December 2017.

In scope;

• Collect all the completed template/forms.
• Arrange them per entity.
• Submit to the entity for follow up.
• Obtain feedback from different entities regarding the feedback.
• Compile a close out report.
