To develop a monitoring, reporting and management tool for Social Development unit, Community Development unit and Health unit including psychological services. Currently all reporting, data analysis, interventions and planning is done manually which is time consuming. The implementation of the management tool will allow the units to be able to generate reports and pick up trends by village, problem etc. This will be done by a service provider and the three units mentioned above. The project will run from February 2019 to November 2019.

In scope:

• Facilitate the appointment of a service provider;
• Develop standard operational plans (programme mapping/workflow);
• Customization;
• Training users;
• Report design; and 
• Handover from service provider.
