• To ensure that the building structure's interior systems are in good working condition at all times.
• To ensure that the building structure's exterior systems are in good working condition at all times.
• To ensure that the plumbing systems are in god working condition at all times.
• To ensure that the fire-fighting, safety, & security systems are in good working condition at all times.
• To ensure that the acquatic facilities systems are in good working condition at all times.
• To ensure that the housekeeping systems are in good working condition at all times.
• To ensure that the waste management systems are in good working condition at all times.
