To establish a fully functional centralized emergency call centre at the Health Centre in Phokeng by the end of June 2011 for effective communication within the Royal Bafokeng Nation.
In scope:
Identify a suitable site;
Consultation with Royal Bafokeng Administration (RBA) Infrastructure department for plan layout;
Budget approval by Head Of Department (HOD);
Appointment of architect ;
Monitoring contractor’s progress;
EMS specialised software;
Furniture/Furniture layout design; and
Consultation with Royal Bafokeng Administration ICT for IT infrastructure.
