Programme Executive Summary (Scope):

Community boreholes for RBN villages is a programme that intends to bring relief to the community members in all RBN villages due lack of availability of water and provide clean water as most of the community members are vulnerable to becoming sick. Furthermore, this will reduce the cases of waterborne diseases and also increase water availability within the RBN communities. Each village will have a drilled borehole that brings water to all the people in the community, the water will go straight from the hole to their households.

In Scope:  

  • Sites visits to all the villages.
  • Inform all the traditional leaders and the community to raise awareness.
  • Secure suitable plots of land for borehole installations.
  • Drilled boreholes for each and every RBN village.
  • Provide clean water.
  • Ongoing maintenance and monitoring of each borehole.
