Programme Executive Summary (Scope):	To manage, support and maintain all ERP systems within the different Royal Bafokeng institutions. Each institution relies solely on its system for information sharing, daily activities and business continuity and thus cannot afford disruptions. To overcome all these there are number of functions that need to be executed on daily / ad hoc basis. These include and not only limited to upgrades, updates, uptime, back up, support, licensing, etc. In scope: Perform system upgrades; Perform system updates; Backup systems; Software licensing; and Monitor ERP uptime.
