Programme Executive Summary (Scope):

To improve the quality of project and programme management in RBN, and to increase awareness of the PMO model internally and externally.
In scope:
- Facilitate the registration of all projects on the CMS;
- Facilitate the registration of all programmes on the CMS;
- Contact every project manager and programme manager to update project and programme information on the CMS;
- Monitor milestone, work break down structure, issue, risk, scope change requests, indicators, budget and progress completion per project for quality control;
- Monitor objective, key performance activities, key performance indicators, indicative standard, target, risk, issue actual completion per programme for quality control;
- Develop 12 issues of Bokgabane;
- Meet with project and programme managers to ensure active project and programme updates in the CMS;
- Distribute and collect the annual needs assessments on skills, knowledge, perceptions, systems and structure to support the successful management of projects and programmes;
- Administrate Programme Management workshops;
- Administrate Project Management workshops;
- Co-facilitate Project and Programme Management workshops; and
- Project and programme site visits.
