Project Scope:	1.Selection of U/17 and U/19 Platinum Stars Football Club Teams To selected football players who will be developed over a period of minimum two (2) years to be able to play for Platinum Stars Football Club. The U/17 and U/19 teams will feed Platinum Stars and selection will be done in RBN villages. 2.Registration and affiliation of U/17 & U/19 with Rustenburg Local Football Association (RULFA) The two teams will participate in the local cluster league for players to get game time and also the chance to attain Castle League status. 3.Registration and affiliation in all Primary and Middle School's Tournaments. Academy learners attend school at Tlaseng Primary, Seolo Middle and Mafenya Middle, it is therefore imperative to register and affiliate the above schools in all school tournaments to enable us to use the tournaments as training and development tool.
