• SMME Development workshops: Entrepreneurship, Planning your Business, Marketing plan, Planning and managing finances, Planning and managing operations, managing people. Project Management, costing and pricing, tendering, strategic management, managing growth in business, presentation skills, sales techniques.
• Information sessions: Franchising, finance, construction-CIDB, manufacturing, mining, health and safety, quality management.
• SMME Exhibitions and Expos: which entails participating of SMME in exhibitions and being exposed to the market
• Tswelelopele E magazine- entails putting together and publishing 4 publications of RBED electronic magazine per annum.
• SMME Database: Establishing and maintaining clients portfolio. Recording of all interactions.
