Project Scope:
To implement Development Plan Sporting Codes: Soccer, Athletics, Martial Arts, Netball & Rugby in the RBN by December 2010.
 

In scope:

  • Every child has the opportunity to participate in Physical Education and after school sports within the school  environment.
  • Continue to grow the numbers participating in all sports year on year.
  • To provide a pathway for children to reach their sporting potential, at local, intermediate (1500 children in all codes) and elite level (Platinum Stars and Platinum Leopards).

This is in line with the mission statement:
To implement a holistic strategy for sport in RBN, promoting: Health, Responsibility, Discipline, Respect for self and others, Pride and Patriotism, Volunteerism and Excellence.
