Programme Executive Summary (Scope):

To capacitate staff members within the EMRS to enable them to render an excellent service in regards to patient treatment, patient extrication from vehicle accidents and patient stabilisation. This will be achieved by providing in-house training to staff members including health professionals and the community.
In scope:

- Providing lectures to staff;
- Peer reviewing;
