Programme Executive Summary (Scope):

To ensure that all RBA staff comply with RBA policies and statutory requirements by facilitating the recruitment process, updating the VIP as per requests and facilitating the payroll functions and queries.

In scope:

  • Terminate employees when necessary
  • Load changes on VIP as per request.
  • Prepare payroll requisition.
  • Prepare a disk for finance to release salaries.
  • Arrange external payment requisitions and issue pay slips to all staff personnel.
  • Attend to all payroll queries.
