To enure that RBED comply with the organisations policies including, financial, procurement, leave and other policies compiled by the organisation to ensure good governance and administration. This will be done by regular monitoring all the mentioned activities.

 In scope:

• Ensuring clean audit reports on financial statements
• Finalisation of final trial balance and preparation of Annual Financial statements
• Ensuring compliance of RBED to IRFS and related regulations
• Finalisation of auditt of Annual financial Statements
• Coordinating the submission of monthly budget reports to RBED management approval structures
• Ensuring audit issues raised been followed up and cleared
• Compilation of RBED three years cycle budget by RBED board
• Ensuring controls on management of RBED financial resources
• Ensuring updating of RBED
• projects and programmes  
• Ensuring compliance to perfomance management system
• Administration  of quartely board meetings
• Facilitation of formal strategic risk assessment
