Programme Executive Summary (Scope):

The RBI Sport development programme is key to ensure that Sport as an extra mural activity is implemented in all RBN schools inorder to enforce mass participation,teacher involvevement and enhance optimal holistic healthy life style.Sport activities under physical Education are needed to shape the personality of learners,imparts essential behavioral lessons,combat loittering and substance abuse.

The primary objective of this programme is to ensure that all RBN learners participate in multi sporting codes that will reinforce values such as discipline,responsibility,self managament,tolerance,accountability and sportsman spiritwhich will enable them to be effective participants and active citizens of the Bafokeng Nation and South Africa.The secondary objective is to encourageeducators to fully participate in coaching and training learners in the multi-sporting codes. 

In Scope

  • Provide supervision and support to all RBN schools.
  • Encourage RBN learners to fully participate in multi sporting codes.
  • Mornitor the overall implementation of sport program in all RBN schools.
  • Provide regular feedback on the progress of the programme.
