To monitor the use of, the data quality and the availability of the Bafokeng Database System; to ensure access and proper functioning to all users, and to review and update data quality in order to improve quality and efficiency of RBN service delivery to the community. 

In scope:

  • Monitor system uptime and use;
  • Monitor system functionality;
  • Provide ad-hoc training to system users;
  • Monitor the number of individual records on the system
