Programme Executive Summary (Scope):

The Royal Bafokeng Institute offers Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) programmes that are aimed at out-of-school training, especially for the youth who do not wish to, or do not qualify to attend a university.  The Post-School Programme Qualification Mix includes a wide range of programmes that confirms its dedication and commitment to the Royal Bafokeng human resource development, while at the same time it focus its training on the South African Scarce Skills list.

In scope:

  • Management of PS Department during 2016 to ensure the effective and efficient sustainable future delivery of PS functions

  • Provision of post-school education and training [from 2010] in the Technical and Vocational Education and Training Band in the selected pivotal fields of study.

  • Explore and find alternative funding sources for post-school education and training

Out of scope:

  • Exceeding allocated budget per programme per year
  • Transportation of students to campuses and/or workplace placements
  • Acting as a job agency
