Marsh Environmental Services (MES) have been appointed by Royal Bafokeng Holdings (RBH) to undertake a Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) which will facilitate decision-making in order to achieve environmental sustainability. The SEA Process is undertaken in five (5) phases:
1. Inception;
2. Scoping and Current State of the Environment (SoE) / Status Quo;
3. Sustainability Framework and Alternatives;
4. Strategic Environmental Management Plan, and
5. Implementation Plan.
