Programme Executive Summary (Scope):

To oversee the operation of RBN traditional governance, this constitutes of Supreme council (hereditary headsmen and elected and appointed councillors). This will be accomplished by implementing various activities including the induction and development of Dikgosana and traditional councillors in order to promote ethical, holistic leadership among our traditional heredity and professional structures. Also there will be regular sittings for Dikgosana, Councillors and the Supreme council at large in different occasions and as the need arises to do so. Furthermore to record total number of cases reported and resolved in the Tribal court.
