To provide an efficient and effective fleet management and procurement function to RBN client departments. To support the various departments in executing their respective mandates at a reduced cost. This will be done by responding to all procurement and fleet management needs. 

In scope:

• Review of procurement policy;
• Facilitate the purchase of goods and services in accordance with procurement policy;
• Facilitate all tendering processes;
• Maintenance of all procurement records;
• Facilitate appointment of services providers;
• Adherence to procurement process and procedures;
• Production of monthly reports;
• Continuous interaction with RBED on SMME database;
• Staff Performance Management;
• Project and programme management;
• Management of budgets (Procurement and fleet);
• Stakeholder management;
• Ensure availability of refreshments at all tea station throughout the day;
• Adhere to department requests for refreshments before and during the meetings;
• Maintain cleanness in the kitchens and tea stations;
• Maintain record of all RBN vehicles;
• Review of fleet management policy;
• Maintain departmental requisitions;
• Report on vehicle life span and recommend appropriate action thereof;
• Renewal of vehicle registration licenses.
