To be the leading sporting association, committed to the provision of attainable pathways to the top in all aspects of netball, enabling individuals to achieve their personal best within a caring community environment. This will be done by identifying interested youths within all RBN villages and training them in Netball. Also the coaches will undergo coaching skills development training in order to sharpen their coaching skills. Teams will be formed in every region and best players will be selected to represent the RBN team. To also implement holistic approach through sport to promote responsibility reactivity, pride and patriotism, sustainability, volunteerism, culture, professionalism, respect, discipline, ethics and morals, sharing, caring and health.
