The Royal Bafokeng Institute is at various stages of implementation of school and community upliftment project that will cost approximately R120m over a three year period. the success of this project is cruicial for the attainement of the RBI vision of the Bafokeng Nation to become a child centred community of creative, independent thinkers and problem solver by 2020.

A rigorous, project management methodology will ensure the successful implementation of the RBI project in a manner that is sustaitable, within budget and on time. The team will provide content-specific support, critical analysis and strategic input during the establishment of an RBI PMO which will aslo serve as an interface to RBN PMO.
