Programme Executive Summary (Scope):

To perform maintenance and improve RBN gravel roads, storm water structures and landscaping, by means of scrapping and grading of the roads using plant equipment.
In scope:
- Scraping and patching of gravel roads;
- Clearing and grubbing areas for new developments;
- Opening new roads in newly developed areas;
- Opening and cleaning channels for storm water control/reticulations;
- De-bushing and clearing identified areas to improve visibility to reduce crime; and
- Clearing for community social gatherings (Funerals, weddings ect).
