To organise a training session food handlers with practical application of the skills and knowlegde. RBED wants to improve and upgrade its caterers on their service delivery. This project will offer trainees the ability to prepesent, handle and prepare food in a hygienic enviroment and still retaining professionalism.
In scope:
Organise a venue fully ventilated with tables and chairs. In addition offer training equipments namely overhead projector and flip charts for training on request.
Inviting relevant SMMEs for the training and monitoring the attendance of the attendees.
Identify a competent a facilitator for training.
Identify catering business for serving trainees during the period of the training.
Collect feedback for clients who attended the training to evaluate the facilitor, venue and the material used for the course.
