Scope statement: To provide identified critical ten persons with disabilities with assestive devices from assessements conducted based on the set criteria by the 10 December 2010.

• Meeting with disability forum members and other stakeholders

Additions/changes to scope:

Two candidates out of the critical ten were referred to J.S Tabane Hospital for multidisciplinary assessments and given assistive devices by the hospital. Ten candidates including the individuals who received assistive devices got food parcels. The remaining eight were not assessed due to the fixed times  and long waiting lists at the hospital.
