To implement broadband services in the RBN regions and villages, that will ensure distribution of internet and voice services to the RBN regions and to benefit institutions within a region such as schools, clinics and community centres as well as RBN offices in and around. Services will be extended to schools situated in areas that have a line-of-site back to Civic centre and Lebone. This will be done by installing broadband antennas, routers and telephony systems. The 1st phase of the project will be completed in 2018.  

In Scope: 

• Consultation with Stakeholders;
• Identify line-of sites;
• Appointment of the service provider
• Erection of main connection point at Lebone;
• Erection of other mast in different regions.
• Testing and commissioning
