To ensure that the printing system at the Civic Centre, Transport, Security, RBI and Hospitality/RBED buildings are well maintained and that are no interruptions of services (Printing, copy ,scan and fax). The printing solution that has been implemented is an access controlled system that requires the user to enter pin or use of access card prior to printing or performing any function, thus reducing printing costs. Printers will be maintained by ensuring that all licenses are renewed, servicing of machines and toners are replaced as and when the need arises.

IN SCOPE:

• Renewal of printing incenses;
• Maintenance of printers;
• Replacement of toners;
• Create printing access pins for new employees; and
• Allow access cards for printing.
