Programme Executive Summary (Scope):

To empower aged community and ensure that the rights of older persons are effectively implemented in all five Bafokeng regions. The programme will consist workshops, and awareness campaigns, targeting older persons and volunteers.

In Scope:

  • Visit pension payout points and address the needs identified;
  • Conduct workshops for volunteers;
  • Oversee luncheon club operations;
  • Facilitating 'Operation Dignity'; and
  • Roll out and monitor 'Meals-on-Wheels' in all five Bafokeng regions.
