To facilitate a mental health workshop in Phokeng. The aim is to bridge the gap between primary health care services and hospital services for mental health care users. There seems to be many issues regarding admission, counselling and discharging mental health care givers between health care services and the hospital and this will be part of the discussion in the workshop. There will be stakeholders to address everyone who will be attending and participating in the workshop. The mental health coordinator, with the assistance of the caregivers, will plan and facilitate the workshop. The date for the campaign is the 22nd of October 2015.
