To discuss and finalise the lease contents for the establishment of Phokeng and Tsitsing waste collection station. Once the lease is finalised then the process of the establishment of waste collection station will commence. This is for the recycling of waste within Rustenburg Local Municipality Jurisdiction. The project is due to complete in September 2015. The establishment of the waste recycling station is aimed also at creating Job opportunities.

• Construction waste transfer station

Project Cancellation - 9 July 2024 

The budget for the transfer stations was utilised for other projects by Rustenburg Local Municipality. They were supposed to fund the project from the Mine Investment Company fund.
