To link and record documents and layouts for each RBN property existing on the GIS for stakeholders to be able to access with ease and to double as an archival system. Plans will be linked to RBN properties (Institutions, Public facilities, Commercial site, Farms) on the GIS using the hyperlink tool. The documents will be saved on the local sever so as to allow relevant people to access them. The documents access will be controlled by using credentials/password. The project will run from 1 October 2015 to 15 December 2015.
In scope:
Liaise with consultants;
Create folders for each stand on the server;
Save documents and plans/drawings in folders using relevant Spatial Database Engine (SDE); and
