The purpose of the programme will be attained through creating operational strategies, overseeing and managing departments that support programme and projects as well as fostering employee alignment with RBN strategic objectives.
In scope:
Facilitate staff meetings;
Facilitate management/high level meetings;
Facilitate strategic sessions;
Track, report and monitor expenditure against allocated budget;
Monitor adherence to procurement procedures;
Monitor adherence to human resource policies; and
Facilitate Performance Appraisals with each employees reporting directly to the GCOO's office.
