To coordinate an opportunity for local SMMEs to showcase their products often used at the mining houses at a mining exhibition. This will be done by selecting and assessing the ideal SMMEs products to ensure they are of exhibition quality. The exhibition will be held on the 10th of September 2015 in Rustenburg, North West. This is an opportunity to try to get the mines to buy in to the skills and products of our local SMMEs.

In scope:

• Set criteria for SMME to qualify as Exhibitors,
• Develop an Exhibition enrolment form,
• Invite qualifying SMMEs for briefing
• Rent out space for exhibitors and branding.
• Organize SMME briefing
• Meeting with service provider
• Client visit to verify exhibition material
• Day of exhibition
• Close out report
