To create a visual directory of all RBN employees with a short profile explaining each individual role.. The organisational chart with photos, names, titles and lines of reporting will show exactly where each employee is placed in the organisation. It will serve as a visual communication tool which specifies the reporting relationship of every employee in the RBN lines of communication between the individuals. It will also ensure that RBN`s human capital is aligned with its strategy. The chart will be updated frequently as people come and go or as the structure changes. The service provider will be identified to compile the chart. The project is planned to be completed by end of October 2015.
