To arrange adequate security measures prior to and during the visit from the East West & Africa Women's Forum from the 2nd of September to the 5th of September in Phokeng, to ensure their physical safety. It will be arranged through collective involvement of all relevant stakeholders to be applied by all relevant stakeholders prior and during the visit.

In scope:

• Involve relevant stakeholders in collective planning through meetings;
• Formulate best security causes of actions;
• Ensure submission of all stakeholder security plans; 
• Integrate and apply the security plans; and
• Monitor the application of the security causes of action.
