To coordinate a series of events for community consultations on the development of a Royal Bafokeng Nation's (RBN) land policy. The events will be held in five RBN regions for community to give their inputs on the development of the policy. Coordination of the event will be done by a selected steering committee and dedicated project manager. The project will run from 15 September to 20 October 2015, with events taking place as follows; Capital region on 3 October 2015, South East region on 4 October 2015; North A and B on 10 October 2015; Central region on 11 October 2015 and lastly North East on 17 October 2015.
In Scope
Establish the committee with dedicated project managers;
Venues big enough for potentially 500 participants;
An effective sound system to communicate to 500 people, PA systems;
Tent for catering at North B region;
Volunteers to assist with selected event proceedings;
Marketing of the event through SMSs, posters and flyers;
Transport for every village;
Catering lunch for an estimated 500 attendees;
Security monitored and maintained during events;
A programme for the events;
Registration of all attendees per region; and
Emergency Services available for minor and major emergencies.
