Meeting with all affected SMMEs and screening the number of SMMEs interested
Draft request for qoutation (RFQ)/ terms of reference (TOR) for the identified gap
Send RFQ to different training providers and catering companies
Receive qoutations/ proposal
Internal Memo to Managing director with recommendations
Authorisation and Selection of service provider
Venue confirmation
Informing SMMEs about the date, venue and time of training
