To address  company assessments gaps of our SMMEs, who lack sales and marketing skills, we clusteres 15 SMMEs from different sectors, and scheduled a two day course to be implemented during July 2010 through a workshop session/

In scope:

• Meeting with all affected SMMEs and screening the number of SMMEs interested
• Draft request for qoutation (RFQ)/ terms of reference (TOR) for the identified gap
• Send RFQ to different training providers and catering companies
• Receive qoutations/ proposal
• Internal Memo to Managing director with recommendations
• Authorisation and Selection of service provider
• Venue confirmation
• Informing SMMEs about the date, venue and time of training
• Actual training
• Close up report
