Based on crop farmers audit, the gap analysis indicated that most farmers do not have the relevant equipments, therefore tgis course was mainly to demostrate to crop farmers the current techniques and 20 farmers were identified, the training to be held during the first week of september 2010 through classroom activities (theory) and practicals (on an identified farm)

In Scope:

• initial meeting with all affected farmers for explanation and sreening the number interested
• draft request for qoutations
• send request for qoutations to different service provider and catering companies
• received qoutations/proposal
• internal memo to the Managing Director for authorization
• authorization and selection of service providers (both training and catering providers)
• venue, date and time confimation with SMMEs
• actuial training
• close off report
